Start hacking on some code for dealing with long files. #340

We want to make it easy to modify long files; e.g. 8k-10k lines. I think the flow we want might be something like

  1. Find the relevant segment of the doc
  2. Ask the AI to rewrite the segment
  3. Produce a patch
