Details about utils.utils function is missing for preprocessing_physionet/eicu_preprocess/data_extraction_post_24hrs_main.py

and for the preprocessing of MIMICS data ../../code/preprocessing/MIMIC-EXTRACT-data-preprocessing/data/all_hourly_data.h5

I am not the author of the paper though. I am trying to use this but can't proceed. Emailing the authors did not work as well. No response
