How to add a video track ? #11

There are 5 video tracks and 4 audio tracks in a new project. I used 5 video tracks and 2 audio tracks. Now, I need another 2 video tracks, how can I achieve it ?

And, the most tracks are nine. Can there be 10 or 11?

From application menu Edit->Change Sequence Track Count you can change the number of video tracks.
