The most flexible solution is to use the brightness in the curve editor of a clip. Mouse [right click] on a clip, [hover] on the Edit line ; [left click] on the Brightness Curve line. : The curve keyframe editor appears. Create a keyframe at the time you want the brightness begins to decrease. Set the end keyframe to zero. If you want the sound decreases too, use the Volume Curve line.
I tried to edit my first video with Flowblade and I would like to put a fade-out in the end of a clip.
What I tried:
A playback or watching the rendered version doesn't show a fade-out. Opacity stays the same.
1) Flowblade version (Help->About): 2.8 (Flatpak) 2) MLT version (Help->Runtime Environment): 6.24.0 3) Your distribution (Ubuntu, Debian, Mint etc.): MX Linux
Thanks a lot for your help :)
