Adapt testbench files to send energy deposits later #41

In dinyar/uGMTfirmware#246 the removal of the delay for the energy inputs is tracked. Once this is done the testbench files should be adapted to send the energy sums delayed to sync up with the muon data again. I will add the number of bx that the energy sums have to be delayed by when the change has been done.

It is probably better to delay the energy sums in the testbench itself. In that way the testfiles make more sense and it seems a bit cleaner to me.
