@jlitola Are you ready to merge this PR or what? I've been waiting for play 2.4.x support for a long time.

@jlitola It would really great to merge this fork. Your plugin is in the list of modules on Play2.4 doc https://www.playframework.com/documentation/2.4.x/ModuleDirectory. So, it will be great if it will support play 2.4.
