Double check S3 objects #17

@jlivsey Can you please pull the latest code and double check the object-oriented framework. I think I may haven't done it completely right. Even if I load the library, I need to physically run the generic and the .lgc functions in order for things to work. Let us spend a few minutes looking into this this week if you want.

Hey @jlivsey I saw you fixed the time packages, ty! As you are comparing against the gcmr package please check the object oriented stuff as well.

@kechagias I just saw the tictoc dependence when running some initial unit tests. Will upd package comparisons in coming days...
