Feature Request - Partial Matching/not found choice #25

Add the ability to save a not-found card choice for instance when I am trying to convert this card: Carlito Says "That's Not Cool!" into OCTGN the card name on OCTGN is: Carlito Says 'That's Not Cool!' Or possibly allow it to find a "partial match" if an exact match isn't found?

Also it shows a card named like so: 3 Minute Warning ...I Change the Questions both show as incorrectly formatted, but they aren't.

Also for a NEW install of OCTGN now, the plugin does NOT install to the correct directory since the default install path is now in %appdata% instead of documents.
