add bower as a dependency, autoinstall after npm install

This is a very simple but cool thing that allows people that don't have Bower installed to work on the project. This PR is just a suggestion.

I think I should completely drop bower in favour of npm.

On another note, I'll see if I can make a new icon for the project tomorrow.
