Short Range Chart - Needs close button #2

In the Short Range Chart, it's easy to get stuck because you can only select 
systems which are in-range. We need a close button on the SRC screen.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Warp to a system
2. Go back to Short Range Chart (without refueling)
3. If there are no systems in range, you are stuck.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

iPhone version allows user to select ANY system (even out of range), this exits 
the SRC and drops back to the "Warp Screen" which allows further navigation. 
The iPhone version also includes a "close" or "back" button to exit the SRC 
without selecting a new system
