Prices not consistent in price screen (buy cargo) and buy dialog #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy cargo
2. Check Price before you buy
3. Price differs on the buy (amount) dialog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

prices should be the same

This is consistent with the behavior in DN iPhone. It is showing the projected 
price in the target system
