spurious alert when tapping on the star your are located in the short range galactic map #44

In the short range map, if you tap on the star you are at, it will tell you, 
you have insufficient fuel which is odd for obvious reasons.

Awesome! Also (I haven't really had time to dig into the when and how) but the 
random encounter system is a little bit buggy as well. Sometimes it gives me a 
message that I have caused damage and that the only thing that is valuable (my 
ship) has been impounded.. even though I had only traded and fleed up until 
then. I will post a actual issue report for the stuff I know.
