all saved games removed when any pilot retires

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save a few games under different pilot names.
2. Retire one of them
3. Attempt to load previous or different pilot, you'll see there are no saved 
games.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Saved games should survive retirements, buying a moon, deaths, etc.
That should be especially true for different pilots. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dn 1.2
Droidx 2.2.1 
System 2.3.340

A retirement on Pilot A should not affect Saves of Pilot X.

However, since this is an RPG and is character based, retirement or death of 
the character means the saves go away. This is a gameplay design element which 
we have thought a lot about and believe it's the correct design decision.

Fixed. Now only deletes commanders with the same name.

(By the way Kalim, as a token of our appreciation for spending the time raising 
these issues, would you like to be listed in the credits (it will be under beta
