Dragonfly Mission Problems

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Travel to Acamar
2.  Defeat alien
3.  Receive thanks from colonel jackson
4.  Try to get reward (experimental quantum shield) which is refused
5.  Travel to Zorkon 
6.  Actually get the quantum shield reward at Zorkon
7.  Travel to Adahn 
8.  Receive dragonfly mission from Colonel Jackson

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

That seems out of order and seems to infringe on the monster at Acamar mission. 
 I expected to have no encounters with dragonfly until I get to Adahn and get 
notification from Colonel that dragonfly is stolen.  Then I can chase it all 
arounf the galaxy with final battle at Zorkon.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

My best guess is there is an indexing problem with the list of systems and 
missions.  It seems the mission got started when I hit acamar (instead of 
Adahn) and ends at Zorkon.  I receive note of a reward at Acamar (instead of 
Adahn) - it says return "here".  I return and get nothing, but if I go to 
Zorkon I get the dragonfly reward (even though I never encountered a 
dragonfly).  

I think I even got to fight the dragonfly with the quantum shields I get from 
defeating the dragonfly.  It was fun!  I'd blame Professor Digby for the time 
paradox.  ;)

I should have said Dr. Fehler.  Digby is with alien artifact, Fehler is time 
experiment at Daled.  See how confused I got?

Fixed. Related to issue 77.
Was resetting the mission to 0 which was the dragonfly destroyed mission.
