Improve Guitar Hero World Tour Drums Support #44

Add a separate configuration, including bass pedal support, to the Guitar Hero World Tour drums extension.

snk file inclusions were deleted so project would build, probably have to be reinstated

No attempt was made to add pro cymbals, hi hat pedal, etc. Drums are still incomplete but the basic kit is now useable.

Hi and thank you very much for your contribution. However i have to reject and close your PR for now, due to licensing issues. I haven't come up yet, on how to handle contributions. I will look into drum support myself in the near future.

That's fine, thanks for making your code so clean and easy to modify! This was my first time doing any non-web development.

If it makes anything easier, please feel free to use this code uncredited and freely.
