updated/tested kexts for mohave #40

First of all, thank you for your awesome work! I successfully installed macos mohave on my t440p and works like a charm :)

For make it better, I updated a few kexts and works great. After updating kexts, I also succeeded updating my macos to 10.14.6(18G2022).

My spec is, i5-4200M 16G RAM No Nvidia GPU DW1820A card.

I like to share my new kexts for here. Here's updated kexts list.

VoodooPS2Controller 2.0.4 2.1.0

And I added new kext VoodooInput for MT2 support.

New kext
VoodooInput 1.0.0

It is additional kext for VoodooPS2Controller 2.1.0, made by same guy who made VoodooPS2Controller. Detail is here https://github.com/acidanthera/VoodooPS2/releases/tag/2.1.0.

Actually, I tried BrcmFirmwareRepo and BrcmPatchRAM2 version 2.5.0 for my DW1820A, but had no luck (this makes my bluetooth down). Needs for more testing.

Try BrcmFirmwareData.kext instead, it fixed the DW1820A issue I had on a T460 on Catalina.
