Intel-LAN and Touchpad not working #53

For some reason when using your repository, the inbuilt Intel-LAN doesn't get detected, as well as the Touchpad not working. An external mouse however works flawlessly. Any help would be appreciated.

Check Intel Mausi kext is within your kexts. Sometimes, LAN must be connected before booting to macOS in order to work.

I resolved the Touchpad issue by using VodooPS2Controller from this repo https://github.com/notthebee/t440p-hackintosh/ The LAN issue however still persists. Whenever I click on "Reinstall macOS", it says, that the recovery server could not be reached.

I noticed while the Ethernet and TouchPad kexts work on an actual install of macOS, they don´t while having the installer booted

So you basically have two options:

Create a full macOS installer drive

or

Booting the recovery installer with an older EFI config (which I did) and using the latest efi folder after macOS has been installed

It turns out that the kexts didn't work in the installer, but in macOS just fine.
