Major rework of all parts #75

The VoodooPS2Controller has been replaced with VoodooInput and VoodooPS2Controller, allowing for native trackpad gestures to work. Reworked the README file, fixing typos and grammar issues. Added itlwm and HeliPort for the Intel Wifi-card to work. Removed the unnecessary and not recommended step to install kexts into /System/Library/Extension. Replaced the AudioFix with a working one, as well as stating in the README that the root partition has to be remounted read/write in Catalina prior to installation. Updated clover to a more recent version. Also added Intel Bluetooth drivers for the internal Bluetooth-card to work properly. Ultrabay and Broadcom kexts are gone, however they can be merged back in, if deemed necessary.
