Add miscallenious counters #14

Sometimes i would like to log a counter without counting it to the general input/ouput/reject category. An additional counting configuration to add "miscallenious" named counters would do the job.

OK, we can easily do that. I will add a new counter facility which does not aggregate into an existing summary counter.
