Flat Edges Error #17

So there the error on these is really small. but really they should just be set to the same point. This looks like a reason to layout using FlatVertices. FlatEdges should probably be assigned during layout too, since there will be multiple FlatEdges per meshEdge

this will be solved by implementing a FlatVert approach
