Deselect CutEdges #20

there needs to be a way to deselect cut edges, either by chain or individually. It would also be pretty neat to have a face-chain (for lack of a better term) selection/deselection mode: screen shot 2013-08-02 at 1 09 59 pm

chain and individual deslection working. Face-chain should be opened as new issue
