add user-defined positive weights (cutEdges) #8

I think user defined should be given maximum weight, with edge angle weights still present. However, if a user decidedes that something should definitely not be cut ist should be a negative weight.

this has been implemented. User selected edges are given infinite weight. negative weights have not been implemented.
