Yum remove firefox + install older version ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/release
( In my case i use 49.0)
When its install then also install spice
yum spice-client spice-server spice-protocol spice-xpi virt-viewer
Start firefox and add two admins
the first is: do this automatically and second M-kiosk
Before restart firefox : go ravada and launch one vm for make firefox launch spice and tick the case do this automatically
then reboot firefox
M-kiosk help you to set fullscreen autostart on the ip you want (like ravada login page)
set Do this automatically by change the preference to vv
Its help when you start the vm to auto go on it and not show the firefox popup
Now that this all set you can force centos to autologin and autostart firefox
Autogin is one you click on your login setting you can choose to autologin
For autostart and app please hint alt+f2 for command and key : gnome-session-properties
then add firefox / command firefox / description "what you want" then second onglet type the box .
Reboot and enjoy. Your system nearly like a kiosk with full start fullscreen firefox.
if you want customize you can also download on centos the rpm grub-customized
And this have no cost to create a full thin client like that
