In the 'It's a small world' chapter, the last link is wrong: github.com/YOURUSERNAME/patchwork/settings/collaboration

¿Could be this? github.com/YOURUSERNAME/patchwork/settings/access

Additionally I did not find a 'Collaborators' options within the 'Settings' tab as described. 'Manage access' appears to be the current location. Screenshot from 2020-06-15 11-40-58

I also encountered this -- the directions should be updated to reflect the new access flow.
