I think it'll be useful to have issues layout, so all pages in /html have shared navigation and headers.

Also can I add html in .hbs?

Yep, you can add html to .hbs -- so we probably need a template for turning data into markdown and another template for markdown into html, right?

I'm not sure about the template for markdowns, will that not make the markdown -> html more difficult? or can we do data -> markdown -> markdown with template, markdown -> html with template separately?

Yeah, what you said last is what I was thinking. Right now issue.hbs (need to rename this) is the data -> markdown template, just adds sections headers and links basically.

But wait, actually, maybe we should just also do data -> html at the same time... hold on
