Instapapering #9

If you run http-server in your directory of these offline issues you can then Instapaper them!

That seems super tedious and maybe isn't that important, but I thought it was worth pointing out because, maybe you don't want to read them all on your computer (I don't) and you can't Instapaper GH issues directly :/

Might build a super simple --serve command into offline-issues...
