Fix FreeBSD support #3

Hi @jlouis,

I was not able to get enacl compiled and running in FreeBSD so I tried to tweak the rebar.conf and some other parameters in order to get it working.

I think the rebar pre_hook is appropriate however I have no experience with rebar3.

Tell me what you think, cheers!

Thank you very much for this. I've merged it into enacl's master branch.

No problem at all. I am not 100% sure if that's the correct way to enable multiple OS support in rebar3. It works for me so far. And thank you for the libsodium bindings :)
