Ditch Mochiweb for Cowboy #118

Most of the stuff running on top of Mochiweb could be running on top of Cowboy. Make this change to the source code.

There is a bug on this branch, which has to do with test cases using Mochiweb stuff.

Build fixed, merged to master.
