cascadae uses non-existent application cowboy_static #136

The mimetypes application is non-existent in the current setup. We need to fix this.

This has been fixes, but now the problem is cowboy_static inside cascadae

Ok, for now we let etorrent run without the mention of cascadae. Then we can handle that later when things clear up.

For now, we can close this since the error has been pushed downwards.
