Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Can't find dependent libraries #79

I wrote an app using javacv under Ubuntu and I got an error about dependencies 
on running it on Windows 7. I think it's an OpenCV installation problem because 
the app failes on loading jnixxxxxx.dll .

Can anyone help me to find out what's wrong?Thank you,
