Dock calibrate fails when calibrating with zoom set to !100% #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set zoom at 110%
2. Try to dock calibrate
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Blue box doesn't appear, calibrate fails
Zoom only occurs at client, video feed from server is always 100%.  Javascript 
code in client is SUPPOSED to scale click location in window, but maybe this 
doesn't work in some cases
