Add heartbeat option to firmware - Requested by Roborealm #41

Add 'heartbeat' option to firmware so if no command/ping for (eg., 5 sec) the 
motors stop 

In case netbook craps out while bot is heading for flight of stairs...

arduinocomm watchdog already does ping every 5 sec, so go 6 sec?

yes, look in the sonar version too. Often my bot will get comm errors and time 
out, cause a full reboot.
