flash error when in initialize.html , and client calls publish #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when oculus running initialize.html (not server.html)
2. connect from client, and start video stream
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should either disallow stream command on client, or supress error in 
initialize.html
flash error is shown

could respond with warning "no video"

gives: "TypeError: Error 1009" in flash window
