Unable to find and download jar file in UG #10

The UG does not specify where to find and download the jar file to execute the program, only mentioning to the users to download the latest version of the program. This can be troubling for first time users of the UG, and even new CS students who are new to github.

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Low]

Reason for disagreement: Since there is no response by the team, perhaps I can elaborate abit more on why I chose the original severity level. On rare occasions where new users to github might not know how to use the website, not having a link to download the application straightaway might pose some trouble for the users, thereby decreasing the user experience. They would either have to spend time and effort to find out how to use github, or search online for resources if they are unable to resolve the issue themselves.
