Unable install java 11 from quick start in UG #9

In the quick start section of the UG, with absence in scope of target audience, new users might not be sure of how to install java 11 on their computer, which can decrease quality of user experience. The number "11" was marked down without any meaning behind why it was done so.

Thank you for your suggestion. We do not think it is necessary for us to include steps on how to stall java 11 in our documents. We believe that the majority of the users (80%) have already installed java 11 on their computers and even many of them always use the latest version. It is also easy for those who still haven't installed java 11 to know how to install java 11 by simply searching "how to install java11 on my computer" on Google. We wish that this response can solve your issue, thank you.

Reason for disagreement: The target audience of the software, as mentioned in the UG, is for both CS students and also any student looking to easily keep track of all their upcoming projects. In this case, I think it would be safer to err on the side of caution, as there is always a chance that someone might not understand what was written in the UG.
