Boot Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and install ROS2 Humble.

It is potentially necessary to load 22.04 Server and then upgrade to a GUI, if a GUI is even deemed necessary.

Successfully transferred to RPi 5. Will still consider older Pi versions for ROS support.
