Restyle the submit button #27

Currently when changes are already submitted, the button changes to a link to the created pull request for review. However, the styling should make clear that it is not an action to submit anymore and just a link to an external site. Also the text could be more clear.

Changed the button to outline and the text to 'Review' when a PR already exists.
