Add ESLint & Prettier #37

Close #36. I mocked the infrastructure of Docusaurus itself. This includes:

ESLint (with all potentially useful plugins) + Prettier;
A GH actions to run linter on PR & push;
Husky, to auto-run formatting before every commit on the user side.
