Improve SQL Import error details #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import a SQL file containing an error from a bucket.
2. See error in Developer Console Cloud SQL instance's operations page: "An 
unknown error occurred"

It would be useful for easier troubleshooting to be able to read the detailed 
SQL error as the one generated when importing from mysql client CLI command.
