feature tweak: want equivalent of mysqldump --no-data option #105

In your existing SqlExportOptions class (part of Cloud SQL Admin API), I would 
like to see a method added that allows me to export ONLY the schema without the 
data. Just like "mysqldump --no-data" option would do.
