Could not authorize App Engine application

When I try to authorize an App Engine application (deimos-intranet), the "an 
unexpected error has ocurred" error is shown, and no authorization is possible.

My DB instance is deimos-space.com:intranet:hr-db

I have just created the DB instance, nothing has been chaged after instance 
creation.

Sounds like a duplicate of Issue 55:    Problem authorizing my GAE application for
