How to disable Google Cloud SQL service of a suspended account #64

What is the name of your database instance?
wifilocatorserver:wifilocatorserverbd

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to disable Google Cloud SQL service. It is not possible

Please provide any additional information below.
My credit card expired and since I'm not using the service now (despite being 
free until June) I think that I don't have anything to pay for this service but 
my account had been suspended and now I don't have my services available. What 
I have to do to disable the Google Cloud SQL service?

Since you only have a D0 instance, you won't be charged and there's no need to 
disable the service. Does that answer your question?
