cloudsql export error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use Google APIs Console, Click Google Cloud SQL
2. click "export data"
3. enter bucket name and filename

What is the name of your database instance?
tagtoosql:tagtoo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The cloudsql will run for couple minutes and halt with error messages:

There are error in logs said "Failed to back up to gs://tagtoo/cloudsql1.gz: An 
unknown problem occurred (ERROR_RDBMS)"

I tried twice. Both of them failed and both of create a 500mb file in 
cloudstorage. 
(the total size of cloudsql instance should be 7gb)
It looks like it cannot export file more than 500mb

Please provide any additional information below.
