Instance is suspended. Any action ends in an error. #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to access SQL console from admin screen.

What is the name of your database instance?
ullink.com:ullink-sql:ulextranet-dev

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We expect to be able to access the database.

Please provide any additional information below.
We drop the mysql schema, then recreate it and it worked for about 1 hour. Then 
we could not access it anymore. The restore did not work either. Now it is 
shown as: Suspended.

We cannot make any action on it to restore it. Any action ends in an error.
