Odd Error message when trying to patch a game.

I have used this patcher before but recently I have had an issue with patching 
games. I am using a clean rom and an XDelta patch. I have re downloaded XDelta 
UI uninstalled, used trouble shooter and everything. An error message appears 
and when the 'details' are expanded I get this:
