Version output of xdelta3-3.0.8.x86-64.exe and xdelta3-3.0.8.x86-32.exe are not 3.0.8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download EXE-files
2. Check SHA1sum of executables
3. Execute xdelta3-3.0.8.x86-64.exe and xdelta3-3.0.8.x86-32.exe with parameter 
--version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
delta version 3.0.8, Copyright (C) 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 
2014 Joshua MacDonald

got:
delta version 3.0.7, Copyright (C) 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 
Joshua MacDonald

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3.0.8-32 and 3.0.8-64 on Windows 8.1/64

Please provide any additional information below.
SHA1 is correct as shown on the download page

Yes -- will be fixed in 3.0.9. 
It is incorrect output. There was not a 3.0.7 release on Windows.
