Not enough storage is available to process this command #186

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the .exe itself
2. Trying to open the .exe through CMD
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can't even open it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xdelta3-3.0.8.x86-64 on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 BIT

Hmm. I believe this may be an operating system limitation?
Could you copy the executable to another, read a copy of itself?
