Custom themes are not loaded when opening a file using command-line argument #139

If I fire-up amp and then, for example use the fuzzy-finder to open a file, then the custom (.sublime-syntax) is loaded just fine, but if I fire-up amp with a command-line argument, for instance amp ~/some_file.nim then nim.sublime-syntax is not loaded! This is rather annoying...

EDIT: has already been solved on master with commit 4a05180
