Support Sublime Themes #201

Text Mate has a limited set of themes and is not as widely supported as either Vim or Sublime. Support for theme files designed for these editors.

@ngraham - search "base16 textmate" the github repo contains Gruvbox, Nord, Dracula and about 170 other themes.
