Double-quotes in the description field mess up socialmeta tags

If you have metadata like this:

description: My review of the painting "Mona Lisa"

Then you'll end up with a meta tag description of "My review of the painting".

The most recent version of HTML::SocialMeta address this bug. (Thanks, me!) We should update Plerd's cpanfile to insist on it as a minimum version.
